Saif orders launch of community volunteer program

 

Lt. General H.H Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister '&' Minister of Interior has given directives to launch the Community Police's new volunteer programme.

The programme will start first at the capital's police stations and is aimed at further enhancing constructive cooperation between the police and the community.

Sheikh Saif gave the directives as he viewed a number of the community police patrols.
He further stressed on the need for customer satisfaction as a necessary tool in a stronger role by the patrols in strengthening the community's security and safety.

Brig. Ali Khalfan Al Dhaheri director general of Headquarters Affairs at Abu Dhabi Police and a number of officers were present when Sheikh Saif was viewing the new patrols.
