 Security Operations and Riot Controls trainees graduate

 

The Department of Special tasks at ADP graduated trainees of "Security Scenario of Security Operations" and "Advanced Riot Control", on Thursday. 27 officers and NCOs participated in the training courses. 27 officers and NCOs participated in the courses.

The event was attended by Colonel Rashid Suhail Saeed Al Ali, Director of the Department and a number of officers. The training courses were part of ADP GHQ keenness to develop the efficiency and skills of its personnel to raise their security performance, in line with the ADP development strategy.

He lauded the results of the graduates and their ability to assimilate professional, operational and practical training. The trainees presented a practical demonstration of new self-defence tactics and how to nab rioters among crowds.

At the end of the ceremony Colonel Al Ali distributed the certificates to the graduates and he wished them success in their future.

The graduates received training on how to keep crowds away from buildings, to nab rioters, theoretical and practical scenarios about how to deal with laborers riots, riots in laying grounds and public riots.
