The Performance Evaluation Directorate at the Human Resources General Department in the Ministry of Interior organized a workshop for personnel at the Sharjah Police General Headquarters’ conference hall to present the assessment results and statistics for 2011.
The event is in line with field visits to police leaderships and sectors in the Ministry to present the annual report 2011, which includes the Assessment Results and Statistics with police personnel. Colonel Khalifa Mohamed Al Zaabi, Director of Performance Evaluation at Human Resources General Department gave the presentation.
He announced the distinguished departments for 2011, and made comparative analysis between the results of previous years’ performance evaluation for each department. Additionally, he displayed a chart analyzing and explaining the reasons attributing to the increase in performance in 2011 compared to other years. He also displayed individuated analytical results supported with charts for each department.
Methods to overcome obstacles for the assessment process of 2010-2011 were also reviewed, in addition to clients’ satisfaction surveys for 2011, and the 2012 assessment requirements.
The workshop was attended by Lt. Colonel Hassan Muhamed Al Shehi, Director of Human Resources Department, and a number of divisional heads and branch managers in Sharjah Police.
