UAE sends rescue team to Pakistan

 

The rescue team from the Abu Dhabi Police left to Pakistan to take part in the search and rescue operations for missing people following the devastating earthquake yesterday.

 The team was send on the directives of the President His Highness Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and deputy supreme commander of the UAE armed forces.

 Lt.Gen .Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan ,the Minister of Interior ,ordered the formation of the team which is headed by Colonel khalid Abdulatif Al Dossary ,director of rescue and aid department at Abu Dhabi Police.

 AK9 unit will also accompany the highly trained team members who pledged to do their best to rescue the survivors.
