Speeding topped the list of Traffic violations reported during the first week of Holy Ramadan
As fasting motorist speed during rush hours to reach in time for Iftar ,a total of 14,871 speeding violations were reported between October 8 and 14 out of total 18,966 according to traffic officials. Out of this radar spotted 1,789 vehicles driving more than double the permitted speed mostly above 125 km per hour. Some vehicles were caught while driving over 150 km per hour.
