Tomorrow is the last day for illegal’s to depart
The dead line for illegal workers who have finalized their amnesty procedures and obtained exit permits until November 3 ends tomorrow.
The grace period was given to them so that they could settle payment of end of service dues with their sponsors said Colonel Nasser Al Awadi Al Minhali, director of naturalization and residency department in Abu Dhabi.
Any illegal worker who has obtained exit permit but failed to depart by Thursday will be treated as like any other illegal worker, he noted. They as well as their sponsors will there after will be referred to public prosecutors for legal action as per the new laws, he added.
