Three month amnesty for illegal’s from today
The Cabinet has decided to give a three month period amnesty for the illegal’s to regularize their residency or leave the country without fine or punishment.
The Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Labor will coordinate and over see the implementation of the amnesty. The cabinet decision comes as part of measures designed to tighten up the laws relating to illegal work force in the country. Firms are also warned from employing any illegal workers. Any one found violating this will incur hefty fines and face other legal actions.
