Three killed in road accidents
Three persons including two UAE nationals were killed in two separate accidents in Abu Dhabi over the last three days.
Two UAE citizens aged 16and 22 were killed when the car they were traveling overturned on Al Dhafra- Abu Dhabi road on Friday.
In another case a Sudanese national was killed when two motor cycles’s collided on Um Al Nnar Bridge yesterday.
Major Yaslam Al Tamimi, Head of the serious traffic accidents section at the traffic and patrols department at the General Headquarters of Abu Dhabi Police said that while the driver was killed and the passenger injured two other passengers of the other car was also hurt in the accident.
A collision between sic cars on Maqta bridge yesterday resulted in disruption of traffic and the police immediately handled the pile up successfully to restore the traffic flow.
