Sheikh Saif presides over PNDS committee
His Highness Lt.Gen.Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Minister of Interior and
Chairman of the permanent committee for demographic structure (PNDS presided the meeting of the committee.
The meeting was attended Anwar Gargash, state minister for Federal National Council FNC affairs, Lubna Al Qasimi, Minister of economy, Ali bin Abdullah Al Kaabi, Minister of labor, Tariq Al Haidan, acting undersecretary of the ministry of foreign affairs, Saeed Al Ghafli, representative of the FNC, Rashid Khuraiban , advisor to PNDS committee and a number of other officials.
Sheikh Saif said the responsibility vested upon this committee is a great responsibility supported by President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to find the best solution for the imbalance in the demographic structure.
Sheikh Saif disclosed the approval of the cabinet for the a suggestion presented by the committee to form a sub-committee in each emirate of the UAE to implement the policies set by the national committee and provide it with the required information and suggestions that can help in solving the problem of the imbalance in the demographic structure.
