Sheikh Saif decorates and honour excellence in strategy implementation
Achievement Ceremony held to mark the completion of the first phase of the Five year strategic development plan by Abu Dhabi police.
An achievement ceremony to mark the completion of the first phase of the five year strategic development achievements by the General Headquarters of Abu Dhabi police was held at the emirates palace hotel in Abu Dhabi yesterday
The ceremony held Under the Patronage of His Highness Gen.Skeikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Commander in Chief the UAE Armed forces and the Chairman of the Executive council. His Highness Lt.Gen.Sheikh Saif bin Zayed al Nahyan, the Minister of Interior graced the ceremony.
Sheikh Saif decorated the police personnel’s and others for their excellent contribution in implementing the strategic development plan at various directorates of the General headquarters. The Director Generals of the General directorates such as Financial and administrative services, Human resource directorate ,Directorate office of the ministry of interior, Directorate of Central operations, Directorate of Ports and security affairs, Tariff police directorate were among others who received best performance shields from the Minister. Best performance medals were also given to the heads of departments of various departments.
Sheikh Saif appreciating the officers for their achievements and excellent efforts in implementing the five year strategies at their directorates and departments called upon the officers and men not to compromise on matters related to security, safety and quality service to the public while discharging their responsibilities
He also noted that all kinds of developments must be taken as a challenge and need of the hour and to make it a continuous process while discharging their day to day professional responsibilities.
Earlier speaking on the occasion Major General Saeed Obaid Al Mazroui,Deputy General Commander of the Abu Dhabi police, sited various examples of achievements of the General directorate in general and some of the departments in particular.
