Sheikh Saif attends graduation
Minister of Interior Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan will attend the graduation of the 18th batch of Police officers at a ceremony to be held at Abu Dhabi Police College on Monday.
Under secretary of the Interior Ministry Lt.General Saif Abdullah Al Sha'afar said that the vision adopted by Sheikh Saif on Police education emphasises the need for comprehensive field training and police sciences, without ignoring the importance of legal coaching.
Al Sha'afar disclosed that the minister has given approval for setting up a centre at the Police College for post graduate education and training. In future this will again be upgraded with the creation of facilities for doctoral level education in Police sciences.
A total of 160 officers will graduate in the 18th batch, completing education in police sciences and criminal justice.
