Restrictions on parking tanker vehicles inside city
Traffic and patrolling department at the General headquarters of Abu Dhabi Police have announced new parking restrictions for the tanker vehicles within the city premises.
Colonel Gaith Al Za’abi giving details about the restriction said that this restriction has become imperative to assure the safety of the people from any untoward incidents such as occurring from the explosion of petrol and gas takers especially prone to such incidents during the summer period. If such an incident occurs within the city, the causalities and losses would be more and we have to make sure that such incidents does not occur and there for this precaution he added.
Colonel Al Za’abi also said that the municipality will be making suitable arrangements for parking such vehicles in a secured area out side of the city and called upon the motorists and owners of tankers to strictly adhere to the new parking regulations. Any violation will be strictly dealt with he added.
