Police plan summer activities for children

The summer programs for children organized by the Abu Dhabi Police will begin from Saturday at the Police Officers club and will last until July 12.
The program titled, the hop of tomorrow and the brownies of hope, reflects the keenness of the Police Headquarters in taking care of the children of its personnel’s during the summer break, said Brigadier Husain Mohammed Husain, head of the clubs and sports activities.
The programs are aimed at providing the children opportunity to develop creative activities during their free time .The programs include many cultural, scientific, sports and heritage related activities, sutable for the children between 7-15 years of age group. it also includes field trips to police and government facilities,leasure trips, scientific and cultural competitions. There will also be several religious lectures besides computer and music sessions.
