Police Personnel’s honoured for performance excellence
Major General (S) Obeid Al Hheiri Al Kitbi, Deputy C-in-C of Abu Dhabi Police has honoured 15 officers, 36 NCOs and Policemen, and 5 civilians from different departments for their excellent performance and devotion to duties.
Speaking at the ceremony, the deputy chief said that this honoring is being carried out under the directives of HH Lt. Gen. Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minster of Interior and in appreciation to the outstanding performance and dedicated service to the society by the nominees to the honour.
Abu Dhabi Police is keen on enhancing the security and stability of the society and such selfless service is a must for security and development. Police personnel’s effort in this regard is quite commendable, he added.
The officers and men who received the honors’ were engaged in different tasks such as rescue, traffic safety, after care of accident victims, crime prevention and investigation, and other humanitarian duties.
Al kitbi appreciated the committee for their wonderful efforts in choosing the nominees for the honour from different departments under close verification regarding the service excellence criteria’s. Deputy Chief he gave away the honored persons certificates of appreciation and gifts.
