Patients Airlifted to Safety by Abu Dhabi Police

 

The Air wing of the Abu Dhabi Police recently rescued a woman who was in her seven month of pregnancy and suffering from severe hemorrhage

 The Air wing received a message from Gayathi hospital that the pregnant woman had suffered a life threatening haemorrhage needing immediate surgical attention.

 A medical helicopter airlifted the pregnant woman to Al Corniche hospital in Abu Dhabi where she was given immediate treatment and reported to be doing well.

 In another incident, a patient who suffered liver and brain failure and was in a critical condition was airlifted from Khorfakkan hospital and brought to Khalifa hospital in a fully equipped medical helicopter piloted by Obaid Saif.
