On line Public Competition on Abu Dhabi Police Golden Jubilee site.
Site to give all information about its development and the celebrations
On the occasion of its Golden jubilee of the Abu Dhabi Police, a special Golden Jubilee Edition of its web site has been added to the web which was earlier opened by Interior Minister Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan to commemorate its successful 50 years of service to the society.
This site was designed by a team which headed by first Lt.Majed Al Amri, who is also the Chief of the Media section of the Public relation and Mass media administration of the General Headquarters of Abu Dhabi Police.
Fist Lt.Majed said that the initiative to launch the special edition was undertaken as per the directives from His Highness Sheikh Saif, and the site provides information about the history and development of the Abu Dhabi police, its past leaders, and all events related to the Golden jubilee celebrations. People can log on to www.adpolice.gov.ae/golden.
The site is quite user friendly and its design offers easier navigation along the site, and clearer and more detailed information with links to different matters related to Police and to the Golden jubilee celebrations, he added.
It also features multi-media information about Abu Dhabi Police, including old and new pictures and TV footages chronicling progress of the police force since its inception 50 years ago.
Fist Lt.Majed also stated that the visitors can participate in an online competition posted on the site and can win many valuable prizes and called upon the public to participate in the on line competition as well as in all other jubilee celebrations.
