The Law Respect Culture Bureau, of the General Secretariat of the Office of H.H Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, in collaboration with the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) at Abu Dhabi Police, organized a meaningful community play entitled ‘Our Motto… Respect for the Law’. The play was a volunteer performance by the “FakhrUAE” Association.

The play witnessed a significant turnout of students and families who interacted positively with the various scenes that fostered social awareness, and acquainted the audience with the proper behaviors and culture of respecting the law through.  The play was organized on the sidelines of the awareness exhibition about the dangers of drugs that was recently organized by the Abu Dhabi Police Headquarters at Delma Mall in the Al Musafah area. The exhibition coincided with events of the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking.

A number of officers and different social figures attended the play, including the participants of the awareness exhibition, families and children. Focusing on the family as the fundamental cornerstone of society, the play aimed to strengthen national identity, in addition to the behaviors and practices of law respect culture.

Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Salah Obeid Al Ghoul, Director of Law Respect Culture Bureau, the General Secretariat of the Office of H.H Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, honored the volunteers of “FakhrUAE” Association for their contribution in preparing and producing the play and for giving it such a purposeful direction. He also presented gifts to them and praised their remarkable volunteer role in enriching the position of family in the process of fostering national identity and the culture of respect for the law.
