Brigadier Mohammed Khalifa Al Marar, Director General of Undersecretary Diwan at the Ministry of Interior, hosted a ceremony to honor a number of distinguished officers, non-commissioned officers, constables and civilians, in recognition of their efforts to improve work processes.

In his address during the ceremony, which was held at the Police Officers Club in Abu Dhabi, Brigadier Al Marar noted that the accolade falls in line with the Ministry of Interior’s strategy to honor its distinguished staff members. “Such accolades are an incentive to all staff members to maintain continuous excellence and improve performance,” he said.

Adding further, Brigadier Al Marar explained that upgrading work methods and making achievements and efficient participation according to institutional excellence standards contribute to developing police work, and requires exerting additional efforts and diligent commitment to carry out work duties according to the best standards of excellence. Furthermore, he noted the countless goals and strategic initiatives established by the Ministry of Interior are key to enhance its developmental progress, in its quest to maintain the security and stability enjoyed by the UAE.

Brigadier Al Marar praised the unrelenting efforts made by the distinguished honorees in discharging the tasks and duties assigned to them and urged them to exert additional efforts to pursue further excellence. In conclusion, he called upon all staff members to follow in the footsteps of their distinguished colleagues, wishing everyone the best of luck and success.
During the ceremony, Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Abdulzahir was honored on recognition of his efforts made during his tenure at the Undersecretary Diwan at the Ministry Interior.

The ceremony was attended by heads of departments and chiefs of sections, along with a number of officers from the Undersecretary Diwan at the Ministry of Interior.
