Sheikh Hmadan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy ruler of Dubai and UAE Minster of Finance and Industry, yesterday presented the International ISO Certificate 2000:9001,a significant award for excellence to the Ministry of Interior.
Lt. Gen Dr. Mohammed Saeed Al Badi, Minister of Interior accepted the award.
An external audit by the total quality management arm of the Ministry of Finance and Industry confirmed that the Ministry of Interior met the standard criteria for the ISO certification.
The quality group in the Ministry of Finance and Industry is overseeing the project implementation.
