Ministry of Interior gears up for National Security Campaign

 Drive aims to get public to cooperate with law enforcing agencies

The ministry of Interior has started its preparation for the third annual campaign for security awareness to be carried in February next year.

 Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Kheili, Undersecretary for planning and administrative affairs at the ministry of interior chaired the meeting of the higher organizing committee which was attended by other members and senior officials from the Ministries various departments.

 Addressing the meeting, Al Kheli said that the last two campaigns were successful in achieving their goals and also attracted massive participation from the public, government and private sector establishments.

 He called upon the members to put in their whole hearted effort to make the next years campaign even more successful .the security campaign is now a permanent annual feature for the country, he said.
