Service definition:
Provision of service at the request of contracting and construction companies to make a temporary fence.
Steps:
- Review traffic engineering and road safety dept/ Abu Dhabi traffic engineering branch
- Providing the required documents
- No fees for service
- Obtaining the permit for the requested service
The required documents:
- A letter from the main contractor addressed to the directorate of traffic and patrols / dept of traffic engineering and road safety for the required works.
- Approval of traffic engineering and road safety dept for traffic impact study (if necessary)
- No(2) plans show the dimensions of the temporary fence regarding the car parks, sidewalks ,and roads surrounding the work site , signed and stamped by the consultant and contractor.
- Approval of dept of municipal affairs (roads dept.)
