Registration of companies for tenders

Service definition:
 
This service allows suppliers and companies to review the tenders presented by dept of purchasing and stores and follow up them through all stages,
(Preparation stage, presentation stage, study and analysis stage, tender awarded stage, this service allows the companies to fill up the registration form to participate in tenders and purchase orders issued by purchasing and stores dept with all documents and the required data.
 
Steps:
  1. Review purchasing and stores dept.
  2. Providing the required documents 
  3. The fees vary according to the tender, DH 100 for registration and DH500 for renewal.
  4. Obtaining the tender.

The required documents:
  1. Unconditional bank guarantee, not subject to cancellation at rate of 5% of the total tender value and valid from date of delivery and even post due date for envelopes delivery and to be issued in both Arabic and English languages from one of Abu Dhabi banks. 
  2. Copy of trade license , copy of chamber of commerce and industry membership, copy of company 'contract, copy of approved signature, copy of owner' passportand partners, official letter indicating bank account information , company 'profile, products catalogue, copy of quality and appreciation certificate, police stamp, and signature of authorized person or company' manager.

Fees:
 
Vary according to the tender, DH 100 for registration and DH500 for renewal.

Special terms:
 
 
The terms of the bank guarantee which mentioned previously, the price to be Valid for 120 days from the deadline date of receipt of envelopes, tenders shall be deposited in sealed envelopes showing the number and subject of tender.
