E-Enquiry and Fines Payment System

The service of electronic enquiry and traffic fines payment system, after the implementation of Federal Traffic and Licensing System is now available to the public in the Emirates connected to the system. This will help save time and effort for the residents of all the Emirates.

The system provides a number of options of inquire about traffic offences. One can inquire through the Traffic Federal Code about all vehicles registered in your name, with the Plate Number of his vehicle or through the Driving Licence Number. 

The system provides a secure option to an individual to pay the fines with his Credit Card where the data of his fines will be updated within five minutes.

Automatic Answer System (IVR) of the Federal Traffic and Licensing System (600533333)

The IVR service which is connected with the Federal Traffic and Licensing System allows inquiry and fine payment over telephones. Inquiries about traffic violations can be obtained through three methods by using Traffic Code, Vehicle Number Plate or Driving Licence Number.

The user of this service can pay the dues through his Credit Card after getting the amount of fine from the source which has issued the fines. The system will send a fax showing the fines and a receipt of the paid fines.

The IVR system gives a detailed explanation regarding the documents required for vehicles and drivers registration. The service is available in Arabic and English languages.

Automatic Payment Machines “Sahl” (APM)

The aim of Automatic Payment Machines is to extend communication channels with the public. These machines provide multiple -service to Abu Dhabi Police customers. These machines are provided with advanced and secured features for the public to pay services fees. The payment can be made through Credit Cards or in cash.

Electronic Services:

APM provides different electronic services to the public, for example:

-          Electronic payment of fines and fees.

-          Inquiry services.

-          Different inquiry services.

-          Inquiries about vehicle and driver licensing service procedures.

APMs provide information services to the public such as Electronic Maps Services, Duty Pharmacies and Weather Broadcast. They also act as a window to communicate with the public for registering complaints, suggestions and for security information's. It also provides the telephone numbers of all police stations in the Emirate, as well.

Advanced Methods of Payment: 

ADP GHQs has introduced through APMs advanced method for payment of transactions fees:

-          Payment in cash: The machines are equipped with an advanced system to recognize different notes “Cash Accepter” .

-          Payment through Smart or Credit Cards, where the machines are provided with an advanced system to read these cards “Card Reader”. This is a safe option for payment.

Usage Directions: 

-          The Touch Screen of the machine is the main inlet to the machine and through it one can move between system screens.

-          The Key Board can be used for typing complaints, suggestions and other messages. 

-          When paying fines please make sure of the number of the violations whether they are local or of GCC states.

-          Please keep the payment receipt and make sure that it matches up with the selected violations.

-          Please, do not use sharp or solid materials on the system screen.
