Service definition:
Review the plans attached to notification regarding work nature, location and the required data.
Steps:
- Review traffic engineering and road safety dept.
- Providing the required documents
- No fees for service
- Obtaining initial approval for work/ design commencement.
The required documents:
- The consultant/ main contractor letter addressed to the director of traffic engineering and road safety dept regarding the requested works in Arabic.
- Approval of transport dept/ traffic engineering and road safety dept for traffic impact study (if necessary)
- Color paper copy of plans size a4&a1 and electronic copy (pdf) signed and sealed by the consultant and approved by the competent dept.
- Approval of municipality dept / urban planning / related party (if any)
