2. Request for service 
3. Payment of the required fees 
4. Completion of the required documents.
5. Typing conversion and export certificates in case of conversion inside UAE and export outside UAE

1. Customs or conversion or export or vehicle ownership write-off certificates
2. Vehicle technical inspection 
3. Vehicle insurance (if any)
4. Circulating loss certificate in case of loss of customs or conversion or export or ownership write-off certificates and insurance policy in case of plate numbers request

Fee:

1. DHS 200 in case of registration
2. DHS 100 in case of conversion
3. DHS 300 in case of conversion and transfer
4. DHS 300 in case of export
5. DHS 500 in case of export and transfer
