- Review of drivers and vehicles licensing dept.
- Request for service
- Completion of the required documents.
- Typing the ownership certificate and to be handed over to the customer
Required documents:
- Vehicle registration card
- Vehicle plate numbers
- A letter from the mortgager declaring release of mortgage
- Customs duties certificate, proving that customs duties paid outside UAE

Presence of the customer personally or his legal representative
