    Team work is very important: Saif bin Zayed

    HH Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior attended the annual party of the ADP Directorate General of Policing Operations at Shangrila Hotel in Abu Dhabi, on Tuesday.

    HH delivered speech lauding the achievements of the Directorate officers and the initiatives aiming at the promotion of police work to best standards. HH confirmed the importance of group work and carrying out tasks within one team in order to increase productivity output.

    The party was attended by Major General Mohammad bin Al Awadhi Al Minhali, Director general of ADP Human Resources and Acting Director General of Policing Operations, Brigadier Omeir Mohammad Al Miheiri, Deputy Director General of Policing Operations, Colonel Sheikh Mohammad bin Tahnoon, Director of ADP Peripheral Police Stations Directorate, Directors of Departments and Strategic Initiatives, Heads of Sections and Police Stations and a number of officers.

    Major General Al Minhali confirmed the importance of strategic initiatives in the development of police work and that the next stage would witness a number of steps to face security challenges. He called for innovative operational plans serving police work.

    He praised the Policing Operations Directorate officers and personnel for presenting distinguished strategic initiatives. He wished them all success and urged them to continue their creative work in line with ADP Strategy.

    Major Mohammad Hussain Al Khoori, Head of Strategic Planning Section presented an explanation about the most outstanding strategic achievements during last year (2009), the initiatives of this year (2010) and key performance indicators focusing on more attention towards human element and its motivation to promote policing standards and policing services as well.

    Directors of Directorates, Departments, Initiatives and Projects were honored at the end of the party.
