As part of ADP efforts to communicate with younger generation who ride motorbikes as a hobby, a special motorbike, which is exclusively designed for ADP will be introduced next Thursday. The motorbike which is the first of its kind in the region to enter service under the name “The Eagle”.

According to HE Major General Mohammad bin Al Awadhi Al Minhali, Acting Director General of Policing Operations, ADP always seeks to reach different community segments through their hobbies and areas of interest, in order to achieve partnership, constructive cooperation and to employ youth energies in community and countries development.

The ceremony which will take place at 20:00 hrs in ADNEC will include a demonstration of the new motorbike, in addition to a random draw of two distinguished numbers of category Five. The motorbike is designed by Orange County Choppers Company. The American TV star of (American Choppers) TV Show and owner of the motorbike designing company will participate in the ceremony. All motorbike clubs and societies in UAE will take part in the event as well. Meetings will be held between motor bikers and Ministry of Interior and ADP officials to discuss the requirements and aspirations of both sides.

Major General Al Awadhi has confirmed that the leadership of the country has reconciled between the people’s desire to own distinguished numbers and their passion for philanthropy, as the money raised during distinguished number auctions “Distinguished Number for Distinguished Aim” assists in country and community welfare.

Mr. Khalifa Al Falasi, Director General of the Owners of Harley Davidson Motorbikes Group, has stated that ADP initiative and its participation in this activity reflects the change in ADP thought towards the hobbyists of motor biking, which is an international hobby. According to Mr. Al Falasi, the friendship and cooperation between motorbikes owners and ADP will enhance safety and security levels.
