The Police Projects Committee (PPC) invites specialized and qualified local and foreign firms operating in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and classified as Special, First and Second in the filed of construction of Building Projects to submit their offers for the following bid:

The Tender Documents can be collected under the following conditions:
- Contractors interested in participating in the tender must be registered to PPC and/or have completed prequalification documents before receiving Tender Documents. They should have previous experience in forensic laboratories field.
- Tenders should be submitted to the office of the PPC Secretariat in Abu Dhabi, Traffic Street (street 25), administrative building (previously Mounted Police Building), second floor next to the building of Vehicles and Drives Licensing Department. Last date of Tender submission will be on or before 06/02/2011.
- Tender remains valid for up to 120 days
- Interested contractors are requested to collect the Tender documents from the office of the PPC Secretariat from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on payment of cash non-refundable amount of AED 3000.
- All applicants shall provide a (5%) Bank Guarantee worth (BID BOND) as stipulated in the Tender documents. It shall be valid up to (120) days and automatically renewed.
- The PPC has the right to cancel the Tender without notice and/or any legal financial claims resulting from the cancellation.
- Having its Tender considered for the award, the Tenderer agrees that his document constitutes an offer to the PPC which is irrevocable and to provide a performance bond guarantee during one week from the awarding date.
- Tenders should be delivered in sealed envelope ( inscribed Tender number and addressed as stated in Clause 2, one (1) original + two (2) copies, the original documents, bank guarantees ( in Arabic) and all supporting documents signed and sealed, i.e. bill of quantities , prices, specifications etc. The Tender submission will not be accepted without bid bond.
