Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior met in his office, with Colonel Dr. Rashid Sultan Al Khadir, Director of Legal Affairs Department at the Ministry of Interior, on the occasion of receiving a doctorate degree with honors from Abdelmalek Essaâdi University in the Moroccan city of Tangier.
Sheikh Saif was briefed on the objectives of the doctoral thesis obtained by researcher Al Khadir, entitled: (Foundations of Legal and Political Dependency on Citizenship Laws in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Morocco, "A Comparative Study").
He congratulated the study author for his exceptional achievement, and urged him to redouble efforts and gain knowledge and skills in various areas, to be able to appropriately perform duties towards his nation and society.
He expressed his appreciation for the academic achievements realized by the national employees working at the police organization which includes a growing number of holders of higher degrees in sophistical and modern specializations that serve the police work.
Colonel Dr Rashid Sultan, Al Khadir, in turn, expressed his appreciation for the support of the Ministry of Interior for its members in various areas; especially in scientific and academic areas; therefore enhancing development efforts in the areas of police work.
Present was Brigadier Ali Khalfan Al Dhaheri, Director General of the Headquarters Affairs at Abu Dhabi Police.
