Major General Mohammad Bin Al Awadhi Menhali, Director General of Human Resources and Director General of Police Operations at General Headquarters of Abu Dhabi Police, urged the two batches of trainee police officers and university degree holders at the Police College and all police personnel to continue innovation and excellence, in order to achieve the aspirations of the higher leadership, pointing out that the application of strategy of the  Ministry  of Interior, require us to look ahead and have we have the will and readiness to respond flexibly to all requirements of promoting  security and stability.

This came in a lecture delivered at the Police College, for 22nd bath of trainee police officers and university degree holders, who will be graduating next February.

He added that our police strategy is working on the preparation and graduation of a police efficient officer who is familiar with all operational and other police work related aspects

The continuous directives of our Police Leadership, emphasizes the importance of education and advanced training to prepare the adequate personnel who are able to work as police officers.

After graduation, they should develop their skills, withstand pressure and maintain the security of the society with responsibility, commitment and sacrifice, he called.

Major Al Awadhi replied to all questions and inquires raised by the audience at the end of the lecture.

The lecture was attended by Colonel Saif Ali Kutbi, Director General of Police College, directors of departments, heads of sections and officers of the Police College and the Police Officers Training Institute, as well as lecturers and supervisors at the police college.
