In its headquarters, the Ministry of Interior signed a contract with Ettihad Airways Company to provide ticketing services to the Ministry, as "Etihad Airways" is one of the most prestigious companies with high-level potentials that meet the needs of the Ministry.

The contract was signed by Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of the Interior for Resources and Support Services on behalf the Ministry, and by Hareb Mubarak Al Muhairi, Vice President of Ettihad Airways Commercial Affairs in the United Arab Emirates.

The signing of the contract comes in line with both parties’ keenness to strengthen mutual ties, and aims to provide an effective and successful service, according to the best standards.

Major Khalifa Al Khaili stressed that the Ettihad Airways has been able to assume this position among the world's leading airline companies, thanks to its commitment and the quality of its services as a leading global national airline company, and has a long history in this field.

For his part, Hareb Mubarak Al Muhairi hailed the keenness of the Ministry of Interior to strengthen its partnerships with the concerned parties, explaining that Ettihad Airways is working on providing distinguished services to the UAE society; aims to support the national economy, and reinforce partnerships with Ministries, departments and all state institutions.

The contract signing ceremony was attended by Brigadier General Hamad Adil Al Shamisi, Director General of Penal and Correctional Institutions at the Ministry of Interior; Brigadier General Jassem Al Marzouki, Chairman of Emirates Sky Travel; Mouhanad Jawad Al Hashimi, Director of Governmental Relations; Yaarob Al Nuhaimi, Director of Commercial Affairs Development and Joseph Chamoun, Director General of Ettihad Airways sales.
